Following his father’s footsteps into commercial real estate, Gary Molinaro understands this industry from the ground up. Gary’s son, Josh, specializes in the residential end of the industry, completing three generations dedicated to providing the finest real estate service along the Front Range.

It’s Gary’s practical experience that allows him to truly connect with his clients’ needs, having owned and/or operated shopping centers, restaurants, apartment buildings and warehouses over the past 25 years with his father. He understands what it takes to make a commercial transaction work.

Growing up in his large Italian family, Gary Molinaro discovered that learning how to negotiate was an advantageous skill to cultivate. He also learned that in addition to love, a happy family formula included respect, honesty, patience and a deep concern for one another. In his 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, he’s discovered that applying those same family values to his business has been a winning formula that has made him one of the most respected commercial agents in Colorado’s Front Range.

Gary’s father, Frank Molinaro, began his successful commercial business in 1960. Frank taught his children that success doesn’t come easy: it takes dedication of time, energy, and a total commitment to succeed. A new affiliation to meet today’s changing market

As Broker and Owner of Denver Commercial Properties, in 2011 Gary took the company to a new level by opening his new office in the DTC (Denver Tech Center) business section..the fastest growing real estate company in Colorado, where he is continuing to grow the Commercial Division. The affiliation provides an expanded network of industry resources, while still allowing Gary to provide the individual level of customer service upon which he’s built his business and reputation.
