My name is Gary A. Molinaro; Broker & Owner of Denver Commercial Properties (DCP) a division of Cherry Creek Properties. We are a third generation family in the Denver Commercial Real Estate and Denver Commercial Property business since 1960. I am now the Senior Broker and manager of the new Cherry Creek Commercial Division in Cherry Creek Denver. Our residential department at Cherry Creek Properties has grown to a little over 400 agents with our goal of reaching 500 before the end of this year. My father, Frank, has worked in real estate, investment properties and restaurant business opportunities all of his adult life. Now, at the young age of 80, he is trying to slow down a bit so that my son, Josh, and I can continue his legacy.

I have over 30 years of experience running my own businesses as well as managing shopping centers, multi family apartment buildings, industrial warehouses and single tenant buildings. My father and I have owned shopping centers, apartments, warehouses etc. both locally and back east.
As a landlord myself and in the many businesses I have owned as a Tenant, I have worked in negotiating leases for both sides Landlord & Tenant. I have a good sense for what each party is looking for. We have specific programs designed for market searches to search a particular type business or professions so we can better market space for lease or commercial property for sale.
We also have a business investment analysis program we use to determine the best price to sell your commercial property or to help determine the right price to spend on a property.
