DCP client has owned his company and leased for years in Adams County Denver and was tired of leasing. Gary recommended we find a building he could purchase that had more space than he needed for his business in order to be able to lease part of building and have an income property. Gary found this building which was perfect the owner will run his business in back 8000 sq ft and DCP will lease out front 12,000 sq ft This will give tenant great exposure to busy Washington St and great signage, while giving the new owner income to put toward his loan payment.
