The last two quarters Denver Commercial Properties has helped numerous clients secure their new business space in the Denver sector. DCP help the franchise owners of Plato’s Closet secure a new home on Colorado Blvd in Denver with a 5 year lease below market rates. DCP found Smooth (laser hair removal salon) locate a beautiful space with a 5 year lease in Cherry Creek area on 2nd. This was their first location in the US their other stores are in Ireland. DTC help numerous companies fill their Industrial space needs securing over 20,000 sq ft under market rates for 5-10 year lease deals. DTC also has secured Retail space for numerous tenants in DTC area, Mali Thai restaurant and Turbo Fitness were both clients of DTC in which 5-10 year leases were secured.
